Break Away Training

About the Break Away course

This one day course is for people who may face the threat of violence in the workplace, and anyone who may wish to improve their confidence following an aggressive situation or attack.

A certificate of attendance is issued to all candidates upon completion of the course.

Course Content

Unit 1

• Legislation relating to the use of force

Unit 2

• Breakaway techniques application and practical

These breakaway techniques are designed to allow a person who is attacked the chance to escape with no or minimal harm using the minimal amount of force.

This breakaway course is suited for people who may lack confidence due to fear of attack and wish to increase that confidence.

The course is suitable for both men and women.

Solution Six holds courses in a number of locations in the Midlands.

• Stansted. Convenient for Essex, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Greater London.
• Cambridge. Convenient for Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex.
• Peterborough. Convenient for Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Norfolk.
• Bedford. Convenient for Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire.
