About the Conflict Management course

This one day course is suitable for people who work in a front line position where they can come into contact with aggressive people.

This course looks at the psychology behind anger, and how to recognise the signs and build up to violence in people, and different ways to deal with this.

A certificate of attendance is awarded to attendees.
