Emergency First Aid

This course meets the requirements as laid down by the Health & Safety Executive, and is certificated by EDI.

This one day course is designed around the knowledge needed to assist a person with a life threatening condition and treatments for common workplace injuries.

Unconsciousness
Examining a Casualty
Regulations
Burns and Scalds
Basic Life Support
First Aid Kits
Control of Bleeding
Managing Incidents
Recording & Reporting

Once completed and passed the candidate is deemed qualified to give emergency first aid covered within the subjects above and act as an appointed person within the workplace.

First Aid at work

This course is designed to enable attendees to respond to incidents in the workplace which require medical assistance.

This three day first aid at work training course is approved by the Health & Safety Executive.

Once completed and passed this course allows you to act as an appointed person within your workplace. A certificate is issued upon completion.

First Aid at Work refresher

This course is laid out to meet the new standards set by the Health & Safety Excutive.

For people who have previously attended the four or three day course and need refresher training to renew their qualification.

This course covers all the major subjects listed within the original three/four day course.

This course ends with a practical assesment and certification which allows the person to carry on fullfilling the role of the apppointed person in the workplace and using their first aid skills.
